This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which VoiceScribe ("we", "us", or "our") issues refunds for credits and subscription plans. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
The Service delivers digital transcription that is consumed immediately when you process audio or video. Because credits are used in real time and incur AI processing costs, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been consumed.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page or email support@voicescribe.com with your account email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
